What do we provide with a commercial space routine clean ?
We provide a scheduled cleaning Daily, Biweekly, or Weekly, or Monthly
Our scheduled basic routine cleaning requires less time. While our detailed deep cleaning requires more time. Here is an idea of some of the cleaning we provide.
Clean and disinfect all high contact touch areas including: Light switches, Doors, Handles, Rails, and outlets
Clean Dust spots, Spot stains, or small to medium markings on walls
Dust and sanitize all work stations/area Including: Electronics and small table decor items
Clean and sanitize staff/ lounge facilities including exterior of appliances and cup boards
Clean and shine all reflective surfaces
Sanitize and disinfect restrooms via spraying, scrubbing, wiping and saturation of cleaning solutions
Bathroom item restock when provided (Soap, and toilet paper etc)
Disposal of trash and realign bins
Sweep or Vacuum hard surface floors
Vacuum floors with carpet
Wet mop hard surface floors
Optional Add on service's
Cleaning the inside of any food pantries, storage or closets
Deep cleaning of areas, rooms, offices or surfaces outside the scope of work
Deep cleaning of floors via scrubbing
Cleaning of entire wall, area or room due to dust, dirt, or heavily accumulated build up
Cleaning of additional glass partitions, dividers or windows etc.
Cleaning of interior windows requiring ladder or extendable tools.
Cleaning any area,room, space in the exterior of the property
Cleaning anything outside the scope of work not listed in the service details.

Here are some of the services we do not provide during a commercial space cleaning
Washing of dishes, pots, pans or grills
Ceiling fixtures cleaning not reachable via step ladder or extendable tools
Wall washing of entire walls (Spot cleaning)
Rearrangement or lifitng of any heavy items including furniture
Areas not reachable via step ladder or extendable tools
Cleaning exterior of windows
Cleaning interior windows that are not accesible via step ladder or extendable tools
Hand wiping of decor items fragile, extensive collection, Worn etc.
Tidy or declutter space prior to a clean
Create organizing systems
Clean inside food or clothing storage
Cleaning of any unfinished areas
Removal or haul away of any trash offsite
Any bug, insect or rodent cleanup
Animal clean up inside or outside property
Plumbing service for clogged toilet, sink or shower prior to cleaning
Cleaning of property that has no running water
Cleaning of a property that has no electricity
Cleaning of a property with no proper air circulation
Floor cleaning via special electrical equipment: Strip, Wax or carpet
