What do we provide with a commercial space clean

We provide scheduled commercial cleanings on a Daily, Biweekly, Weekly, or Monthly basis. Our routine basic cleaning requires less time, while our detailed deep cleaning require more time and attention. Below is an overview of the cleaning service we provide during a commercial space cleaning.

• Clean and disinfect all high contact touch areas, including light switches, doors, handles, rails and outlets

• Dust and sanitize all workstations electronics, and common areas

• Clean dust spots, remove surface stains, and wipe small to medium markings on walls

• Clean and sanitize staff lounge facilities, including exterior of appliances and cupboards

• Clean and shine all reflective surfaces

• Clean and sanitize all restrooms

• Restock items when provided supplies

• Clean areas, rooms, offices or surfaces within the standard scope of service

• Empty trash bins and replace liners

• Vacuum carpeted floors

• Wet mop all hard surface floors

• Perform detailed cleaning of all items and areas included within the scope of work

Commercial cleaning serrvices we do NOT provide

• Washing of dishes, pots pans or grills

• Ceiling fixtures cleaning not reachable via step ladder or extendable tools

• Rearrangement or lifting of any heavy items including furniture

• Areas not reachable via extenable tools, step ladders or unsafely

• Cleaning of exterior windows

• Cleaning interior windows that are not accessible via step ladder or extendable tools

• Hand wiping of decor items fragile, extensive collections, or worn items

• Tidy or declutter space prior to clean

• Create organizing systems

• Clean inside food or clothing storage

• Cleaning of any unfurnished areas

• Removal or haul away of any trash offsite

• Any bug, insect or rodent cleanup

• Animal clean up inside or outside property

• Plumbing service for clogged tiolet, sinks or shower prior to cleaning

• Cleaning of a property with no running water, electricity, or lighting
