High and low dusting of every room area accessible via step ladder, vacuum, or extendable dusting tools
Cleaning of visible spot stains, dirt spots, on walls via wet wiping area
Cleaning and sanitizing of all high contact touch areas including Lighting fixtures, Outlets, Doors, Handles
Cleaning and shinning of all reflective surfaces
Dusting and sanitizing the inside of: Closets, Pantries, Cabinets, and storage areas (Empty)
Appliance detailed cleaning via Cleaning solutions, Scrubbing, Wiping and washing of heavily accumulated Dust, Dirt, and Grease. Including inside empty refrigerator and oven
Detailed cleaning and sanitizing of restroom
Handwiping of baseboards including floor corner
Sweep or Vacuum hard surface floors
Vacuum all carpeted rooms
Clean and sanitize hard surface floors via spot scrubbing and wet mopping
Add on service for a move out or in cleaning options.

Finished attic
Finished basement

Pet fee (Pet vacuum)

Grout cleaning: grout cleaning solution, detailed brush or scrubber. ( Outcome depends on the condition of grout.)
