We offer a residential maintenance cleaning service a standard clean for prior clients. Package #1 A residential deep cleaning service a detailed clean for new clients or clients who do not have a routine cleaning every 30 days plus. Package #2 a detailed deep clean for new clients.
Package #1 Refresh Clean
Refresh clean is for clients who have an established cleaning routine schedule. An upkeep service that provides dusting and sanitizing surfaces weekly or biweekly.
Package #2: Deep cleaning service (Luxury clean)
What is provided in a residential deep cleaning service package #2
Our Deep cleaning service is for a property that has not been deep cleaned weekly, monthly or yearly. A detailed thorugh cleaning of your property that goes above regular cleaning adressing hard to reach areas and heavily acumulated dust, dirt, grease and build up. Deep cleaning only service.
If your property needs to be tidyed up, decluttered, items sorted, & to create designated areas for scattered items prior to a cleaning then an extreme cleaning service can give your property a restart.
When booking a residential deep clean Add the number of organization hours needed to a deep Cleaning Package #2.

Cleaning of interior glass and window frame
High and low dusting of all reachable and accessible room areas including underneath items
Dusting and wiping of decor items EXCLUDING: Collectors items, Mini items, Delicate or Worn items
Cleaning of all visible and easily removable markings on walls: Dust, Dirt spots, Buildup via cleaning solution saturation and cleaning
Cleaning and sanitizing of counter top vanity including everyday personal care items
Toilet cleaning and seat deep cleaning removal (when easy release seat)
Cleaning inside of shower walls via cleaning solutions and spot scrubbing (Treatmentrs additional fee service: Grout treatment) NO mold, mildew or Rust removal service
Bath tub detailed cleaning including removal and wiping of daily use items: Shampoo, Conditioner, Face wash and Body soap prior to cleaning
Cleaning and shinning of all reflective surfaces: Windows, Mirrors, Fixtures, Handles and Doors
Cleaning and sanitizng all high contact touch traffic areas: Flush handles, Sinks, Oulrts, Lighting fixtures, Door handles EXCLUDING: Chandaliers, Delicate items, Worn items, Non reachable via step ladder or extenable tools
Cleaning exterior of accesible vents via vacuum and wiping
Shower curatin change when provided
Bathroom decor and mat change when provided

1 stove top EXTERIOR and INTERIOR cleaning

1 refrigerator EXTERIOR Top, Front, and sides cleaning when accessible (Disposal of expired food items and organizing of refrigerator items or new groceries are an addtional fee)
Vacuuming of every accessible surface and room area
All top and bottom front cabinbet doors and sides cleaning of accumulated dust, dirt, and grease build up (NOT included in service: Inside cabinets, cabinet tops, food storage or pantries)
